SSH lists some campus-contract buildings at roughly a month of registration time, far shorter than Utrecht. The 2026 monitor also sees easing pressure, so the wait is not Amsterdam's — September still fills up.

SSH's own Groningen page lists several campus-contract buildings (including Winschoterdiep, Plutolaan and Libertas) at about one month of registration time. Other rooms take longer. Short Stay, six to twelve months and furnished, is a separate route.

There is no single national draw date. Some rooms go to the longest registration time, others by lottery. The advertisement says which. Check ROOM.nl for the current rule on a specific room.

About 2,400 rooms in Groningen. Some campus contracts are listed at roughly one month of registration time.
- DUWO
Student landlord in Amsterdam, Delft, Leiden, The Hague and a few other cities. Many rooms for newcomers are reserved by the university.

Student landlord for Nijmegen and Arnhem. New rooms go online on Wednesdays. A free profile is enough to start.
