Tilburg
Tilburg
Tilburg University and Fontys are an SSH city: ROOM registration time, not a local points app. The supply is smaller than Utrecht's, and SSH does not publish one waiting-time number for the whole city. Watch the SSH offer and your faculty's international housing mail.

Standing ruleRegister on ROOM.nl
Open from age 16. How long registration stays valid was published as 8 years at launch — confirm that on ROOM.nl. You respond to rooms on Roommatch or the landlord's own site, not on ROOM itself.
Check ROOM.nl for the current date.
Fill inTypical SSH registration time in Tilburg
SSH publishes building-level estimates for some cities and not one figure for Tilburg. Check SSH and ROOM.nl for current dates rather than borrowing Utrecht's three-year rule.
Check ROOM.nl for the current date.
Fill inTilburg University and Fontys housing window
Check the university housing office for the current September and February nomination dates. We did not publish a date we could not verify.

Standing ruleLottery or waiting time is printed on the ad
There is no single national draw date. Some rooms go to the longest registration time, others by lottery. The advertisement says which. Check ROOM.nl for the current rule on a specific room.
Where to look
- ROOM.nl
ROOM.nl's own registration for non-profit student housing. ROOM charges a one-time €35 fee, from age 16. ROOM does not list the rooms.
- Roommatch.nl
Supply site linked to ROOM. Several landlords, including DUWO, Idealis and Lefier, publish ads here.
- SSH
SSH city. Registration time comes from ROOM.nl. No single published wait for all of Tilburg.
- DUWO
Student landlord in Amsterdam, Delft, Leiden, The Hague and a few other cities. Many rooms for newcomers are reserved by the university.
- SSH&
Student landlord for Nijmegen and Arnhem. New rooms go online on Wednesdays. A free profile is enough to start.
- Idealis
Student landlord for Wageningen and Ede. Rooms are offered through ROOM.nl and Roommatch.
- Kamernet
Private rooms and sublets. A subscription, not a waiting list. Check the landlord yourself.
- HousingAnywhere
Mid-term and international listings, with a booking fee. Useful when the corporation list is too slow.
